Terms & Conditions

1. Payment:
   Payment for all services must be made in cash on or before
   delivery/collection of garments.
2. Care & Responsibility:
   Every garment is handled with the greatest possible care.
   However, all garments are accepted for cleaning at the
   owner’s risk due to conditions beyond our control.
3. Unforeseen Delays:
   BANDBOX is not responsible for delays caused by events
   beyond our reasonable control.
4. Loss or Damage:
   Liability for lost or damaged items is generally limited to
   3× the service cost of the affected garment.
5. Natural Wear & Tear:
   We are not responsible for natural wear and tear, colour
   fading, shrinkage, fabric deterioration or manufacturing defects.
6. Collection Period:
   Garments must be collected within one month
   of being ready. After this period, the firm reserves the
   right to sell or dispose of uncollected garments.
7. Stain Removal:
   Every professional effort is made to remove stains, but
   complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
   Results depend on the type, age and condition of the stain.
8. Buttons, Zips & Accessories:
   BANDBOX is not responsible for breakage or damage to buttons,
   zips, embellishments or other accessories during cleaning.
9. Jurisdiction:
   All disputes are subject to the
   exclusive jurisdiction of Bathinda, Punjab.
