Terms & Conditions
Payment
Payment for all services must be made in cash on or
before delivery/collection of garments.
Care & Responsibility
Every garment is handled with the greatest possible care.
However, all garments are accepted for cleaning at the
owner’s risk due to conditions beyond our control.
Unforeseen Delays
BANDBOX is not responsible for delays caused by events
beyond our reasonable control.
Loss or Damage
Liability for lost or damaged items is generally limited
to 3× the service cost of the affected garment.
Natural Wear & Tear
We are not responsible for natural wear and tear, colour
fading, shrinkage, fabric deterioration or manufacturing defects.
Collection Period
Garments must be collected within one month
of being ready. After this period, the firm reserves the
right to sell or dispose of uncollected garments.
Stain Removal
Every professional effort is made to remove stains, but
complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Results depend on the type, age and condition of the stain.
Buttons, Zips & Accessories
BANDBOX is not responsible for breakage or damage to
buttons, zips, embellishments or other accessories during cleaning.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of Bathinda, Punjab.
